ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Age requirement for Early Childhood applicants

Submit the listed documents fastened in a plain long folder:
- For Local Students
- Fully filled out Application Form with two (2) copies of recent 2”x2” picture
- Clear photocopy of NSO (now PSA) Birth Certificate
- Clear photocopy of English and Chinese report cards (Form 138) for students transferring from another school. Original copies should be presented for verification
- For Kinder – current school year only
- For Grade 1 to High School – current and previous school year
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
- Fully filled out MHCS Recommendation Form (for elementary and high school applicants)
- Admission processing fee to be paid in cash
- For Foreign Students
- Fully filled out Application Form with two (2) copies of recent 2”x2” picture
- Birth Certificate issued by their country of origin
- Authenticated copy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) and/or photocopy of passport information and current visa/Special Resident Retirees Visa (SRRV). Original copies should be presented for verification
Note: Student credentials that are not in the English Language must be translated to English. - Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
- Admission processing fee to be paid in cash
- Full payment of tuition and other fees for the entire school year upon enrollment
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Secure a copy of the Application Form from the Registrar’s Office or download the Application Form.
- Submit the application documents to the Registrar’s Office. This may be done by the parent or guardian. Personal appearance of the student is not required in filing the application.
- Present the test permit to be issued by the Registrar’s Office and pay the admission processing fee at the Business Office.
- Present the Official Receipt to the Registrar’s Office along with the Test Permit counter-signed by the Business Office for scheduling of entrance test.
- Take the entrance test to be administered by the Guidance Office on the schedule (date and time) indicated in the Test Permit.
- Wait for the interview with the academic head concerned as deemed necessary. This is usually done on the same day as the entrance test.
- Pay the reservation fee.
